Carly immigrated to the U.S. in 1997, knowing no one, with only 3 weeks of living expenses, a new job opportunity and a strong desire to succeed. She learned about the American stock market and personal finance by studying in her spare time. She created a savings and investment plan while managing to have fun on a small salary. She later created "The Color Clock" time management system to achieve her long-term goals. By mastering her time, money, attitude and career trajectory, she was able to retire early, get her U.S. Citizenship and give back to her community. Carly has attended many investment conferences and completed numerous course certifications in the world of finance. In addition, she has organized, hosted and sponsored many community programs since 2005 to help young people get a head start in life. Carly retired from biotech in 2016 to teach her life skills system to young adults so they too can find Financial Independence to Retire Early.
